For our products in stock, we will prepare and send the package to you within 1-2 working days after the order/payment. If we cannot post the ordered product within 5 working days, we will contact you. In case of delivery, the courier service notifies you of the package's arrival by e-mail on the day the products are sent. The e-mail also contains the package number needed to track the package. In the case of personal collection, our colleagues will contact you and discuss the date of collection of the products.
