Withdraw from the contract

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you can easily submit your withdrawal notice by completing and sending the form below.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

After you submit the form, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal notice electronically.

Please note that submitting a withdrawal notice does not replace returning the product. You must return the product to us no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

If you withdraw, we will refund the amount paid for the product and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offer. We will issue the refund no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided reliable evidence of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.

As a rule, we will refund you using the same payment method as the original transaction. If the refund is made by bank transfer, please provide the bank account number to which we should transfer the amount.
